To make things simpler, I have standardised the way I refer to my family members. My husband is known as Tai Chi Man, my oldest son (currently 17) is MacAddict (previously Computer Geek), middle son (currently 14) is Ninja Boy, and my youngest (aged 11) is Lego Nut.

Rebounding warmup - 5 minutes
Biceps...10kg dumbbell...3 sets of 10 each arm
Triceps...10kg dumbbell...3 sets of 10
Shoulders...5kg dumbbells...3 sets of 10
Abs...50 situps alternated with 50 lower back raises
Chest...8.75kg on each side of chest extension...3 sets of 10
Back...20kg total on back extension...3 sets of 10
Quads...17.5kg total on leg extension...3 sets of 10
Hamstrings...17.5kg total on leg extension...3 sets of 10
Glutes...squats with two 7.5kg dumbbells...3 sets of 10
Calves...30 stair raises with two 7.5kg dumbbells
