Scoff at cheap bulky acrylic all you like, having a project finished in two days is rather satisfying. And this Bernat Colorama (Starry Sky) is very soft. It’s pretty much unspun so I don’t know how it’ll handle the wear and tear of every day use and laundering.
As I have five Pay it Forward gifts to make, a speedy project like this is perfect.
By the end of the second evening, the cowl was finished. It’s wide, so probably will have to be worn doubled over, though on a cold day like today it would be lovely to pull it up over your nose.
Now I should probably resume my class sample knitting.
