post-binding off, pre-edge finishing
I cast on this blanket mid-June last year. I knew it was going to be a long project, and after all I did complete about 28 other projects in that 6 months! Still, it’s done, just as the coldest part of the winter hits, and it’s lovely and warm. I may not add buttons after all. I’m concerned that trying to anchor the layers together in places might result in pulling the stitches out of shape, so it may just stay as it is. A great way to start off the new year.
